Post one question in one thread, anyways for the second one assume that if u expand determinant you will get some polynomial and there will be a term of x in the expansion hence diff both sides i.e det and polynomial and then put x=0 on both sides then on the RHS you will left with only x coefficient and on the LHS use differentiation of det
