Pls tell me the answers of these two questions.. As fast as possible

(x-a)(x-b) = b²
x² -(a+b)x +ab - b² = 0
D = (a+b)² - 4ab + 4b² = (a-b)² + 4b² = always positive
Hence roots are always real and different if a= b and b is not 0.
