There are 6 seats in total , so on first 2 seats , out of 3 1 will be there , in 3rd and 4th seat , 2 couples have a chance and then on 5th and 6th the last one , so 3x2x1 ,i.e., 3! are the ways in which the spouses can be seated . The second part says that all ladies sit together but the condition of spouses sitting together is not satisfied hence no way i.e. 0
