Please tell me what will be the domain for the function: f(x)=cos^-1 [2x^2 – 3] The answer given is: (- root(5/2) , -1] ∪ [1, root(5/2) But i am getting answer as [−√2, −1]∪ [1, √2]

Please tell me what will be the domain for the function:
 
f(x)=cos^-1 [2x^2 – 3]
 
The answer given is:  (- root(5/2) , -1] ∪ [1, root(5/2)
 
But i am getting answer as
 
[−√2, −1]∪ [1, √2]

Now
-1 >=  x >= 1
 
And 
 
- sqrt (2)
