(\left | x+2 \right |)=(\left | 2x-3 \right |)
The best and easiest way to solve it will be to merely square both side
(\left | x+2 \right |)^2=(\left | 2x-3 \right |)^2
\Rightarrow(x^2+4x+4) = (4x^2-12x+9)
On solving the above quadratic equation, we get
x=5 OR x=1/3
