$(\left | x+2 \right |)=(\left | 2x-3 \right |)$

The best and easiest way to solve it will be to merely square both side

$(\left | x+2 \right |)^2=(\left | 2x-3 \right |)^2$

$\Rightarrow$ $(x^2+4x+4)$ $= (4x^2-12x+9)$

On solving the above quadratic equation, we get

$x=5$ OR $x=1/3$
