First find point of interval breaking like 8/3, -1/3, -5/3
Hence when x> 8/3
3x -8 + 3x +1 + 3x +5 = 21
9x = 23
x = 23/9 but it is less than 8/3 hence rejected.
Now
If -1/3
8 -3x + 3x +1 + 3x +5 = 21
3x = 7
X = 7/3 (accepted)
Now
If -5/3
8 - 3x -3x -1 + 3 x+ 5 = 21
3x = -9
x = -3 (rejected)
