Dear Bhavesh answer will be different sign and greater root is negative.
Explanation-  first mutiply the given equation by negative sign, so the new equation will be x2+bx-a=0
 Now, we know that    sum of roots= -(cooefficient of X) / cooefficient of x2
                           and           product of roots= constant / cooefficient of x2
so according to the question sum of roots =-b and product of root = -a
