Potential at centre of curvature will  due to total charge on curvature
So V = (1/4πϵo)(3Q)/R + (1/4πϵo)(-2Q)/R + (1/4πϵo)(Q)/R
 = (1/2πϵo)(Q)/R.
So option A is correct.
