undoubtedly f(x)= sinx/x is always continuous (except when x=0) as sinx and x are both indvidually contnuous functions.
now, limit x tends to zero f(x)=limit x tends to zero sinx/x= 1
hence, for f to be continuous, f(0)= limit x tends to zero f(x)= 1
so, f(0)=1
