Let us know see the possible groups -

1. 3+3+2+0

No. of ways = 4!/2! = 12

2. 3+3+1+1

No. of ways = 4!/(2!)(2!) = 6

3. 3+2+2+1

No. of ways = 4!/2! = 12

4. 2+2+2+2

No. of ways = 4!/4! = 1

So, the total no. of possible ways = 12+6+12+1
