Let x coordinate of A be t then Y coordinate will be 12 – 2t
Let centroid G be (h,k)
h = (4 + 0 + t)/3
which means t = 3h – 4
k = (0 + 3 + 12 – 2t)/3
substitute value of t
3k =  15 – 2(3h-4)
3k = 23 – 6h
3y = 23 – 6x
which is required locus
