Let us start with 70% who lost one eye
Consider 80% lost one ear.
This means 20% did not lose one ear.
Suppose this 20% all lost one eye as well.
This means 70% - 20% = 50% lose one eye and one leg

Consider 75% lost arm next.
This means 25% did not lose arm.
Suppose this 25% all lose one eye and one ear.
This means 50% - 25% = 25% lose ear, one eye and one arm

Consider 85% lost a leg
This means 15% did not lose leg.
Suppose this 15% all lose ear, one eye and one arm.
This means 25% - 15% = 10% lost all 4 limbs.
Now, it is given that x% lost all four limbs. So, x=10

30% of combatants hasn't lost one eye

20% of combatants hasn't lost one ear

25% of combatants hasn't lost one arm

15% of combatants hasn't lost one leg

Who has lost atleat one limb = 30+20+25+15

= 90%

Who has lost all four limbs = 100-90=10%
