1. Square both sides and express both sides in zz` form.2. Upon solving we get z1(z2`) + z2(z1`) = 03. This must mean that real part of z1(z2`) must be 0.4. Let z1(z2`) be ki, where k~Real and i is iota.5. Then upon dividing by |z2|^2 and writing it as z2(z2`) we get z1/z2 = ki.6. => arg(z1/z2) = π/2
