Your question is incomplete.
the options must provide the rlation b/w the max and min operations for cmapring.
Check Again.
Take p,q randomly any point they should be real.
So let (p,q) be (1,0)
then,
min(p,q) => 1/2((1+0) – |1-0|) = > 0
