for f to be defned,
6{x}^2 - 5 {x} + 1 must be less than or equal to zero
(3x – 1)(2x – 1) must be less than or equal to zero
(x – 1/3)(x – ½ ) must be less than or equal to zero.
so x belongs to [1/3, ½]
