If both the roots of ax2+bx+c=0 lies between -1 and +1, also c>0,then
the graph would be parabola dowbwards as the intercept is positive.
Hence a would be negative.
and given that -b/2a lies in interval (-1,1).
Hence, b can be both positive and negative.
Correspondingle satifying the options accordingly.
