The roots of the equation x³ -5x² + 3x -1=0 are 4.23, -0.23, 1
So a=4.23,b= -0.23,c= 1
Now determinant of the matrix
=(a&b&c a-b&b-c&c-a b+a&c+a&a+b)
= (4.23&-0.23&1 4.46&-1.23&-3.23 4&5.23&4)

=85.966
