given expression is
3x+1=6log23
taking log on both sides we get
(x+1)log 3= (log 6)(log23)
(x+1)log 3= (log 6)(log3)/(log 2)
so x+1= log26
x+1= log2(2*3)
x+1= log2(2)+log2(3)
x=log2(3)
Hence option 4 is the correct answer
