Ans must be 141. Let 2x=a and 1/3x=b. In the given eqn divide both sides by (ab). In doing so on LHS you will get 1/a+1/b=8/(ab).On further simplication, 3x+1/2x=12. Now square both sides. We get, (9x^2)+(1/4x^2)+3=144 =>Ans is 141
