```							since 2 digits are repeated therefore we have to select 3 digits out of 5 & this can be done by 5c3 =10 ways now we can arrange these digits 4!/2!=12 so total no.=10x12=120.Thanks & RegardsSunil RaikwaraskIITians Faculty
