If we want that number ahould be divisible by 4 then sum of numbers should be divisible by 3.
 
Hence 4 and 5 must be used.
 
Now we have to find the numbers made by (3 or6), 4, 5.
Or only 6 and 3 is used.
Hence
663, 636, 366, 336, 363, 633, 333, 666, 453, 543, 345, 354, 435, 534, 456, 546, 346, 356, 465, 564
 
Hence there are only 20 numbers
