the thing you have to do here is express any one of the exponent of 2 as a nearest multiple of 7
21=2
22=4
23=8
8 is the nearest value to 7
write the given expression as 4(8)607/7
now put 8=1+7 and expand using the binomial theorem.
4(1+............)/7
(4+4*7(607)+...............)/7
[4+7(4*607+................)]/7
therefore the remainder is 4
