3y² = 4 (9y+4)/12
9y² - 9y -4 = 0
 
Hence y = 4/3 and -1/3
When y = 4/3, x = 4/3
Hence (4/3, 4/3)
 
When y = -1/3, x = 1/12
 
Hence (1/12, -1/3>
