your expression is not so clear
if it mean f(x)= |x2|*2*x
since x2 is always greater than 0 sign would change according to x
f(x) would be equivalent to 2x3 which is always increasing
if you mean f(x) = |x2|x2
then itwould be equivalent to x4 which is
decreasing when x<0
increasing when x >0
