((√2+1)^2)^3(3+2√2)^3On solving further we get 108.898 and greatest integer of this is 108.Ans=108

Value of sqrt(2) = 1.41421
Now
Sqrt(2) + 1 = 2.41421
Now
2.41421^6 = 197.99.....
But it will never touch 198
Hence its greatest integer value = 197
