Factorization of quadratic polynomials by splitting the middle term(both question)

You can solve them by first taking LCM and making denominators equal to 1. Then you can easily solve.

If you know formula to solve quadratic equatic equation then find roots and then follow reverse process to express it as middle term splitting.
