two functions are identical iff they have exactly same domain and are equal to each other in that domain. but since the domain of f(x)=sec2x-tan2x does not include x=pi/2 while it is a valid point in the domain of  g(x)=sin2x+cos2x, hence these two functions are NON IDENTICAL

Domain of f(x) is R-{n(pi/2)} where n is any integer
Domain of g(x) is R
Since domains are not equal, f(x) and g(x) are not identical.
