The given statements are
P : Suman is brilliant
Q : Suman is rich
R : Suman is honest
The staement R is Suman is honest and hence Suman is dishonest would be the negation of the statement R i.e. ~R.
The and operator is represented by the symbol \Lambda.
Hence the statement Suman is brilliant and dishonest cab be represnted as
P\Lambda~R
Now the required statement can be written as ~ (P\Lambda~R) \leftrightarrow Q.
