If roots are not real then D
Therefore;
(2b)^2-4ac
4b^2-4ac
b^2-ac
b^2
Therefore
Roots are in gp

Hp
ax^2+2bx+c
So d should be less than 0
So 4b^2-4ac
b^2-ac
Put value of b=a+c/2 for ap,(ac)^1/2 for gp nd 2ac/a+c for hp nd solve ahead
On solving condition is only satisfied for hp
