Explaination -
given that persson has Rs. 200 to buy organges .
cost of 1 kg organce = Rs 163/4 .
 
so by using unitary method we can say that 
in  Rs.163/4 -------- we get 1 kg organges .
in  Rs. 1      -------- we get ( 4/163 ) kg of organges .
in  Rs. 200  -------- we get  (800/ 163 ) kg of organges. 
 
so Required answer is 4.90kg of organges.
