it might be a bit complicated. i applied this method:
 
remainders when divided by 9 and 13 are equal. So take their LCM which is 117. Add 8 in it and u will get the no. which gives 8 when divided by 9 and 13. But it should also be give 9 as remainder when divided by 11. When 117 is divided by 11 we get 7 as remainder.
 
so 117 can be expressed as (110+7). now when u multiply this with any no. the first term will always be divisible by 11. now we should find the multiple of second term ie 7 which will give 1 as remainder when divided by 11. That term is 56 which is 7*8. So multiply 117 by 8 and add 8 in it. It will give the answer which is 944.
