4(x^2+2x+1)(x^2+3x-2)+(x-3)^2 = 4 (x+1)^2 [(x+1)^2+(x-3)]+(x-2)^2 = 4(x+1)^4 + 4 (x+1)^2 (x-3) + (x-3)^2 = [2(x+1)^2+(x-3)]^2 = [2x^2+5x-1]^2 So a=2, b=5, c=-1
