if z =2, y=13-2x >=1 1<=x<=6 , total solution 6
if z =3, y=12-2x >=1 1<=x<=5 , total solution 5
if z =4, y=11-2x >=1 1<=x<= 5 , total solution 5
if z =5, y=10-2x >=1 1<=x<= 4 , total solution 4
if z =6, y= 9-2x >=1 1<=x<=4 , total solution 4
if z =7, y=8-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 3
if z =8, y=7-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 3
if z =9, y=6-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 2
if z =10, y=5-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 2
if z =11, y=4-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 1
if z =12, y=3-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 1
if z =13, y=2-2x >=1 1<=x<=3 , total solution 0

add all solutions , 7+2(6+4+3+2+1)=37
