Considering 3 girls as one bunch plus 5 boys, it becomes = 6 persons, who can be permuted in 6! ways. 3 girls themselves, can be permuted in 3! ways.
So total ways = 6! x 3!
No. of ways 8 persons can be permuted = 8!
==> P(of the event) = (6! x 3!)/(8!) = 3/28
