In the sequence 1,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,4,.... where n consecutive terms have the value n, the 150th term is?

if n is the given number then it will occur last as  n(n+1)/2 th term

if you put n = 17 you will get 153 that means 17 will last occur as 153rd term so 150 th term will be 17
