How many nos. between 400 & 1000 can be made with digits 2,3,4,5,6,0 if repetition of digits is allowed?

100th place can be filled by 3 numbers 4,5,6

10th and unit place can be filled by 6 ways

so total number =3*6*6

but this include number 400 as well which is not required so total number =3*6*6 -1

                                                                                                          = 107
