1 intersection of circle

  2 circcle can intersect each other at maximum 2 point.

so 10 circle intersect each other =10c2 *2 points


2 intersection of lines

  2 lines can intersect each other at max 1 point

      so 4 lines intersect each other = 4c points

3 intersection of line and circle

   a line can intersect a circle at max 2 point

      total intersection =10c1 *4c1 *2 points


final answer is 10c2 *2    +  4c2   +   10c1 *4c1 *2     points
