For the rotation, you should you the concept of rotation in complex number.
And if you know the one point and angle of 2nd pointw.r.t 1stpoint, then we can find 2ndpoint.
Let 2 points P(x1, y1) and Q(x2, y2)
Now shift the origin to P. Then we have
P(0, 0) and Q(x2– x1, y2– y1)
Now let PQ = r and theta be the angle PQ made with +ve real axis.
x_{2} - x_{1} = rcos\theta
y_{2} - y_{1} = rsin\theta
Now we can find x2and y2from here.
