Please find answer to your question below,

x^2 + bx + c = 0
c < 0 < b
m, n are roots of the equation. So,
m + n = -b
mn = c

Since c is -ve, so one of the root must be -ve and other must be +ve.
And the sum of the two roots is also -ve.
So the root which is -ve should have higher modulus.
So according to the options, the correct one is:
m < 0 < n < |m|
