From the given data and for a 3X3 deteminent
maximum value occurs for the matrix\begin{bmatrix} 3 & 0 &3 \\ 3& 3 &0 \\ 0 &3 &3 \end{bmatrix}=54
Similarly we get minimum value for the matrix\begin{bmatrix} 0& 3 &3 \\ 3& 3 &0 \\ 3 &0 &3 \end{bmatrix}=-54
Hence 3 is the correct answer
