there are 10 slips out of which 4 are taken out

the possible combinations are 10C4.

SOLUTION

no of digits from 0 to 9 = 10

'    '  slips drawn at random = 4

therefore required no of outcomes possible = 10c4

                                                             =(10 X 9 X 8 X 7 X 6)/ (4 X 3 X 2 X 1)

                                                             = 1260
