why a cubic polynomial with equal roots is always a multi-one function.As when we take the derivativ of cubic equation with equal roots then there must be a point at which the derivative of equation is zero .what the reason behind all this.on what variables it depends

Dear Rajneesh,

i think you are referring to onto function,

A function f from A to B is called onto if for all b in B there is an a in Asuch that f (a) = b.   All elements in B are used
