In the following multiplication, each letter represents a digit (with same letters representing the same digits).What is the actual multiplication?

Daer Sathyaram,

E must be even.

E = (0,2,4,6,8)

squares end in 0,1,4,5,6, and 9.

but if E = 0, O must be 0, too, but E =/= O.

so E = 4.

O = 2 or 8.

T must be 1, because 1^2 = 1.

W < 5.

1HR44 = (1W2)^2 or (1W8)^2

Thus answer:

T = 1, W = 3, O = 8, H = 9, R = 0, E = 4
