(a) y=(-5/2)x

    two unit on left means every x coordinate will shift to -2 left hence add -2 to x cordinate.

    hence y=(-5/2)(x-2)

(b)y=(-5/2)x 

    two point upward means all point on y cordinate have to shift 2 piont upward 

   hence y+2=(-5/2)x
