zero..

bcoz, g=GM/R^2  ...  i.e.  G=gR^2/M

as g=0... therefore, G=0...

G is a universal constant and remains the same under all circumstances

however in a free falling lift ""EFFECTIVE ACCELERATION DUE TO GRAVITY"" is zero.

don't think that g=0,,
