To find the N th term the formula used is n(n+1)/2 since it is a series.
Let X be the term required
So X = 122
X = n(n+1)/2
122 = n(n+1/2
122 = n(n+1/2
122*2 = n(n+1)
244 = n² +n
n² + n – 244 = 0
244 = n² +n
n² + n – 244 = 0
Using quadratic formula we get n = −1±√977 / 2
It comes to be around 16 approx
So 150 th term might be 16
