Tn = (2n + 1)^2 = 4n^2 + 1 + 4n
 
now Sn = sigma (Tn)
 
Now find S14 – S4

Write this in general term as odd number as (2r-1)
and take the limit of  expansion  from r= 6 to r = 15 , 
square  and solve the question.
