It should be b) x = 5
It was easy u may have got a bit confused because of x as it was used as a variable as well as a constant in the equation
so for convenience take the equation as 5y2 + 13y + x = 0 and then assume α and 1/α as the 2 roots
now in ay2 + by + c = 0
product of roots = c/a
therefore , α x 1/α = x/5
which is 1 = x/5
hence x = 5
