Ethylene=Ethene
C2H4 + Cl2 -------> CH2-CH2
                             |        |
                           Cl       Cl
Ethylene chlorine     1,2 dicloro ethane
 
hence option B is correct

Dear student 
B will not be correct option , The correct ans for this question would be C . 
Because 
The reaction would be. 
C2H4 + Cl2 -------> CH2-CH2 + ClCH2-CH2 Cl

                             |        |
                           Cl       Cl
The reagent used is Kbr , So in another product , the one cl will be replaced by Br . 
So , C is correct
