as BJMC is a govt and 2nd most reputed medical college of pune after AFMC , so, u need to score minimum 480 to get the seat in this college , and as you are general , then the cutoff this year might go to 500 , but 480 is the average that u hv to score for sure to get a seat in this college . 
previous year it was 470 , and this year its expecxted to be 500 as per the NEET , 
so, strong your preparattion to get this college , even with a scopre over 470 u can get AFMC as well , it will draw a list of participent who have applied for it basis of NEET rank .
